1. Acceptance

By accessing or using DWYT - Don't Waste Your Time ("DWYT", "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App

DWYT is a personal productivity and planning tool. It does not guarantee productivity, success, or results and is not a substitute for personal judgment or professional advice.

You are responsible for your plans, decisions, content, device backups, and use of the App.

3. DWYT Pro subscriptions

DWYT may offer automatically renewing monthly or yearly DWYT Pro subscriptions. Before purchase, the App and applicable app store show the price, billing period, trial or introductory terms if any, and other material purchase information.

Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled according to the applicable app store's rules before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app-store account settings or through Manage Subscription in DWYT. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Prices, taxes, currencies, refunds, and billing are administered by the applicable app store and may vary by country. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; access may continue until the end of the paid period.

You can use Restore Purchases to restore an eligible subscription associated with the same app-store account. Restoring a subscription does not restore planning data stored locally on a previous installation.

4. Free and paid features

DWYT may provide both free and paid functionality. Paid access depends on successful verification by the app store and RevenueCat.

5. No professional advice

DWYT does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Actions you take based on the App are at your discretion and risk.

6. Availability and local data

We aim to keep DWYT functional but do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation. App content is primarily stored on your device. You are responsible for exporting or backing up information you wish to preserve.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the App for an illegal purpose.
• Do not abuse, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the App or related services.
• Do not circumvent access controls or subscription verification.
• Do not reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not infringe the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

DWYT and its software, branding, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DWYT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for DWYT during the previous twelve months or the minimum amount required by mandatory law.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and may modify or discontinue the App. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. You may stop using the App at any time; stopping use or deleting the App does not itself cancel a subscription.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Courts in Zurich, Switzerland have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or requires different law to apply.
