By accessing or using DWYT – Don't Waste Your Time ("DWYT", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

DWYT is a personal productivity and planning tool designed to help users structure their time and focus on important areas of life.

DWYT:

• Does not guarantee productivity, success, or results
• Does not make decisions on your behalf
• Is a supporting tool, not a substitute for personal judgment

3. No Professional Advice

DWYT does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Any actions you take based on information or structure provided by the App are taken at your own discretion and risk.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• How you plan and allocate your time
• Your personal, professional, and financial decisions
• Interpreting and using information shown in the App

DWYT does not evaluate the correctness, feasibility, or suitability of your plans.

5. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep DWYT available and functional, but we do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Prevention of data loss

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We expressly disclaim warranties of:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Achievement of results

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

DWYT shall not be liable for:

• Loss of productivity
• Loss of income or opportunities
• Stress, frustration, or unmet expectations
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by you for the App during the previous twelve (12) months, or CHF 0 if the App is used free of charge.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for illegal purposes

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
